HOTEL ROOMS – BOOK NOW!
All attendees are responsible for their own travel reservations and hotel accommodations.
UPDATE: Our room block at The Umstead Hotel (our conference venue located in Cary, NC) is selling out quickly as expected, particularly for evenings other than the main night (October 24th). If you are unable to reserve a room at The Umstead at this time (or only for a portion of your stay), we recommend booking at another hotel in the area as soon as possible. The Embassy Suites is less than one mile away from The Umstead and a portion of our group usually books there (or at other hotels nearby) as their first choice due to travel budget limitations or other preferences. Attendees will often find one another in the hotel lobby and ride over to the conference venue together. Please note: We have found that some of our attendees initially book more hotel rooms than needed and then cancel the extra ones as they confirm their team’s travel. If you find that The Umstead Hotel is sold out now for your desired dates, you are more than welcome to request for your name to be added to The Umstead Hotel’s waiting list for The Investment Institute block (call 866.877.4141) and/or to check on any last-minute availability there as the event date gets closer – rooms often do open up. We do, however, highly recommend booking at a different hotel in the meantime to ensure you have a room reserved.
