EVENT ACCESS PASSES TO THE INVESTMENT INSTITUTE’S SPRING & FALL FORUMS

• As a member of the TII Community, your firm will be given access passes to attend The Investment Institute Spring & Fall Forums (# of passes determined by level of membership chosen). TII programing is dedicated to educating our community on the latest developments and trends in the financial marketplace to sharpen the understanding of critical factors impacting both long and short-term investment ideas leading to better investment returns.
• An investor/allocator membership level includes three passes for your organization to attend both the Spring and Fall Forums. A manager or service provider membership includes passes (# depending on level you choose) for your firm to attend each forum as well as an additional pass for you to invite an investor client to each of the two forums.
• Those who register for Membership prior to the Fall 2019 program will receive passes for the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 programs. Those who register for Membership prior to the Spring 2020 program will receive passes for the Spring 2020 and Fall 2020 programs.

The Investment Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Membership Pricing Options for The Investment Institute

This level is ONLY AVAILABLE to full-time STAFF of Endowments, Foundations, Hospitals, Corporate and Public Pension Funds, Other Non-Profits, Single Family Offices, and Qualified High-Net-Worth Individuals. If you or your firm sells products or funds to institutional and/or private investors, please review the other registration categories for the appropriate pricing level. TII has the right to qualify all attendees at this option.

$425.00 - This annual fee includes up to three access passes for your organization to attend BOTH Forums (6 passes total)

$295.00 - INVESTOR / ALLOCATOR ONE-TIME PASS TO THE FALL 2019 PROGRAM (October 24-25, 2019 in Cary, NC)

I am an investor / allocator who falls under one of the categories listed above and would like to purchase a single one-time pass to attend the Fall Forum 2019 without joining annual membership. (This option is not available to consultants, managers and service providers.)

Important Note: When purchasing the two-pass option for any of the pricing levels below, please be aware that at least one pass must be used for a member of the senior investment team who is responsible for managing a portfolio at your firm and who does not wear the marketing/sales/investor relations hat. Only one marketing professional from each member organization will be allowed access to each forum. Managers > 300 Million AUM

This level includes Fund of Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Traditional, Fixed Income and other asset management firms.

$7800.00 - This annual fee includes one access pass for your organization and one investor client pass to BOTH Forums

$9800.00 - This annual fee includes two access passes for your organization and one investor client pass to BOTH Forums

Service Providers

This level includes Accounting Firms, Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators, Attorneys, Third Party Marketers, Investment Research Firms, Software and other vendors. A very limited number of service provider firms will be taken each year.

$11,000.00 - This annual fee includes up to two access passes for your organization and two investor client passes to BOTH Forums

PLEASE NOTE:  Annual membership dues are non-refundable. In the event that you cannot use your passes throughout your membership cycle, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows to our forums. You may, however, substitute a participant from your own or a similar organization.

Membership Cycles & Cancellation Policy:

Annual membership dues are non-refundable. There will only be two times per year to become a member of The Investment Institute. Membership cycles for the coming year will either begin in Fall 2019 and include Spring 2020 or begin in Spring 2020 and include Fall 2020, depending on when an organization joins The Institute. Membership will include access to two Forums (Spring & Fall) and your organization will be contacted prior to each program to ask you to register the names of the individuals attending. You will also be contacted each year to renew your membership if you choose to do so. We will also offer discounted membership fees to our new Winter Forum in February of 2020 (not included in your membership). In the event that you cannot use your passes throughout your membership cycle, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows to our forums. You may however substitute a participant from your own or a similar organization. Please email the name of the substituting attendee to admin@theinvestmentinstitute.org at least three business days prior to the conference.
